Right. I've been awake for a few hours now and I'm still not quite sure what's happened even as Hank has tried to explain it a few times already. In my illness, it would seem I've been a tad busy but can't actually recall what happened.

If someone could can explain why it feels like I've housed the New York Philharmonic in my head for the last twelve hours that'd be a lovely start.

I can say that I am proud of one thing and absolutely sure of it this time. It was not a coma.

I'm glad you've woken up at last. I'll be over soon, and perhaps I can explain in a more straightforward manner than Hank. Also, we should talk.

The head's a little thick at the moment, so forgive me if I sound ungrateful but did I read this right? I'm still searching for the quick jib here and I haven't been able to find it. I'm not dying, am I?

No, you're not dying, and we can go back to business as usual if you want. But first we should talk.

Good. I don't think I've moved since they brought me in but who knows what goes on while you're unconscious. So, talking then, yes?
